How many people are we traveling with?

What is the activity level that I am looking for?

What time of the year are we wanting to travel?

What is our budget?

Are there any specific attractions we're looking for?

Each passenger may have one piece of check-in luggage, one toiletry bag and one carry-on bag. For guidance, the check-in luggage must not exceed 62 inches when adding the total exterior dimensions of the piece (length + width + height) and should not weigh more than 50 pounds.

Only anauthorized authority such as the group leader may sign the contract.

The maximum number of guests per room ultimately depends on the hotel that is booked.

Travel insurance is optional. This type of travel insurance has become quite popular over the years with leisure travelers given the high cost of vacations. This type of coverage can also allow for better peace of mind. Most insurance companies that offer trip cancellation coverage are very easy to work with and will answer cancellation claims within a few days, so out-of-pocket expenses are minimal.

Attractions are non-refundable items. Once we have booked the number of people attending, no credit will be given for absences.

Tips are included unless otherwise stated.
